Everything Palier knows about your practice is stored in this browser. When sync is on, a copy is also kept on our server so your other devices can have it.

If you lose every device you practise on, and there is no copy on our server, your progress is gone. Keep an export.

Share answers to improve items

 

What is sent, for each item you answered

  • the item’s identifier
  • whether your answer was right
  • how long you took to answer
  • how the rest of the exam went, as one of five bands
  • the version of the item bank

What is never sent

Your name, your account, this device, which answer you chose, when you took the exam, or anything from your practice. Your IP address is used only to limit abuse, and is never stored.

This choice is for this device only. You can change it at any time in Your data.

Recordings of your spoken practice

Palier keeps the recordings of your last 10 spoken sessions on this device, and never syncs or exports them. Transcripts are kept.

Delete everything

Remove every answer, review, session and setting from this device. A copy on our server, if there is one, is not touched: delete that from the sync settings.
